I recently received an e-mail from hoseandfittingsupply.com to see if I
remembered if my purchase experience with them was notable. In fact it
was and I’d like to share it. Three years ago I purchased a new farm
tractor and had the dealer install some hydraulic accessories. When it
was delivered to me I looked it over and determined that the hoses they
installed wouldn’t last a year without some extra protection. I shopped
online and found the nylon hose sleeving and plastic hose guard that I
needed at hoseandfittingsupply.com so I placed my order and expected to
see the products in a couple of days. The anticipated delivery date came
and went without receiving the products. I’m normally not impatient but
I had a new tractor with hoses off of it waiting to get back together, I
had jobs waiting. I called them up to ask about my order and the news
was that one of my products was back ordered and that they would ship my
order out as soon as they could. I explained my situation and I was
immediately offered a more expensive product at no extra charge which
they shipped from a different location which was closer to me so I would
get it sooner. I'm sure the shipping cost them extra too. Point is, I
was treated well three years ago and still remember it like it was
yesterday. The products I got was simple hose protection and it is doing
its job well but the thing i remember was the service i got. Things
don’t always go as planned and its not always somebody’s fault but that
day I remember as a good day. Thanks again!!
